14. “With reference to centre state relations,
India is federal in form with a strong central government”. Explain.

15. Write a note on the
demand for smaller states in India with recent examples.

Paper Pattern for SYBA
Semester III Exams will be based on SYBA Section I Syllabus with paper pattern as following:
Total Marks 75 Duration: 2.5 hrs
1. Five(05) descriptive questions of fifteen(15) marks each= 05*15=75
2. Each question can be divided into parts a) & b) of 7.5 marks each.
3. Question no 05 will be for short notes, any two out of four/five. Each short note for 7.5 marks each.
